Request for Quotation for Staff Heath Insurance for one year
Required qualifications.
The selection method will be based on the following:
Bidders responding to this RFQ are requested to submit
the following:
- Legalised copy of CIMA accreditation
- Legalised copy of the Ministerial Order
authorising it to operate in Niger, if applicable
- Legalised copy of the Trade and Personal
Property Credit Register (RCCM)
- A legalized copy of the Tax Identification
Number (NIF)
- A legalized copy of a tax clearance certificate
(ARF) dated less than three months before the
closing date of the submission (the absence of an
up to date document in the composition of the
file constitutes an eliminatory mark)
- Reference of the service done with other NGOs
